Here is my first wave of questions.
DUST514 - BALANCE
In regards to Gallente Scouts and Caldari Scouts, which suits should come out on top between scanning/dampening? a. Gallente Scout should always dodge Caldari Scans b. Caldari Scout should always scan down Gallente Scouts c. Fully Dampened Gallente Scout should always dodge Full Precision Enhanced Caldari Scout d. Fully Precision Enhanced Caldari Scout should always scan down Full Dampened Gallente Scouts e. Fully Dampened Gallente Scout should always dodge Partially Precision Enhanced Caldari Scout f. Fully Precision Enhanced Caldari Scout should always scan down Partially Dampened Gallente Scouts g. I don't know enough about the Scout role to comment on this.

Do you feel that Caldari scouts are currently balanced against non-scout units? a. Yes b. No, their precision is too good and too difficult to avoid c. No, the range makes them too good at spotting other units from far away. d. No, It is a combination of too much precision and range that makes them overpowered. e. No, Caldari scouts are too weak against non-scout units. f. I don't know enough about the scout role to comment on this.
How do you feel about shared passive scans? a. Passive scans should be shared with the entire team. b. Passive scans should be shared only with your current squad. c. Passive scans should only be shared with units within the current shared range. d. Passive scans should only be shared with units within a very immediate range. e. Passive scans should not be shared. f. Passive scans should only be sharable if a specific module is equipped. g. I don't know enough about the scout role to comment on this.
What sort of role do you think the HAV should be focused on the MOST? a. Slayer: Efficient at killing enemy units and providing a more offensive role. b. Support: Efficient at providing intel, transport, and covering fire for allies against infantry. c. Anti Vehicle: Focused on destroying/suppressing other vehicles. d. I don't know enough about vehicles to comment on this.
Do you feel that Dropships & ADS are currently balanced against other vehicles, such as HAVs? a. Yes b. No, other vehicles are too strong against dropships. c. No, dropships are too strong against other vehicles d. I don't know enough about vehicles to comment on this.
Do you feel that HAVs are currently balanced against infantry? a. Yes b. No, HAVs are too strong against infantry. c. No, Infantry is too strong against HAVs d. I don't know enough about AV/HAV balance to comment on this.
Do you feel that Dropships & ADS are currently balanced against infantry? a. Yes b. No, Dropships are too strong against infantry. c. No, Infantry is too strong against dropships. d. I don't know enough about AV/HAV balance to comment on this.
Given the current balance of vehicles, do you feel that vehicles should require additional support to remain as effective as they are now? a. No b. Yes, small turret gunners should be required for a vehicle to remain effective c. Yes, infantry on foot near the vehicle should be required for the vehicle to remain effective d. Yes, both infantry near AND in the small turrets should be required for the vehicle to remain effective. e. Yes, infantry near OR in the turrets should be required for the vehicle to remain effective. f. I don't know enough about vehicle balance to comment on this.
Do you feel that sniping is currently balanced? a. Yes b. No, sniping needs to be improved to make it a more viable role c. No, sniping needs to be improved but only if it requires the sniper to take a less protected position such as out of the redline. d. No, sniping needs to be improved but only if the 'head-glitch' is removed from the game. e. I don't know enough about sniping to comment on this.
Generally speaking, do you feel that SKILLS should apply bonuses to the base attributes of the suit, such as +25% Shield Recharge Rate per Level of Shield Rechargers? Or should it apply to the modules, such as +2% to recharge rate of Shield Rechargers per level? a. Skills should apply a bonus to the base attributes of the suit. b. Skills should apply a bonus only to the modules they're attached to. c. Skills should apply a bonus to both the base attribute and the module they're attached to. e. Skill can apply to either base attributes or the modules. It doesnGÇÖt need to be consistent. d. I don't know enough about skills to comment on this.
Generally speaking, do you feel that SUIT BONUSES should apply bonuses to the base attributes of the suit, such as Sentinels +3% Damage resistance/Lvl of Sentinel? Or should it apply to modules and equipment, such at the +5% to repair rate to repair tools/Lvl of Minmatar Logi? a. Suit Bonuses should apply to base attributes of that suit. b. Suit Bonuses should apply to equipment/modules that are meant to work with that role. c. Suit bonuses should be applied to either the base attributes, or the equipment and modules that make sense for that role. It doesn't need to be consistent. d. Suit bonuses should be applied to both the base attributes as well as the modules and equipment that make sense for that role. e. I don't know enough about bonuses to comment on this.

How do you feel about the idea of removing a Logistics Light Weapon and replacing it with a sidearm? a. Logistics should only have a sidearm. b. Logistics should keep their light weapon. c. Logistics should only have a sidearm, but with significant buffs to other attributes. d. Logistics should keep their light weapon, but have a debuff to make it do less damage. e. I don't know enough about Logistics to comment on this.
Logistics is consider the GÇ£SupportGÇ¥ role. What sort of in-battle actions do you consider to be GÇ£SupportGÇ¥ oriented? a. Purely Repping, Uplinks, ect. Equipment based team support. b. A direct class with the ability to use equipment for support for themselves as well as teammates. c. A purely combat class with more flexibility than most suits. d. Repping, Ammo Supply, Uplinks, ect. Equipemtn based team support, but also providing indirect DPS support. e. I don't know enough about Logistics to comment on this.
The Commando currently fills the role of a DPS class. Do you feel the Assault and Commando needs to fill different roles, or different ones?
a. Commando should maintain its role as a DPS class & Assault should fill a similar variant of that role. b. Commando should maintain its role as a DPS class & Assault should file a different role. c. Commando should have a different role & Assault should take its place as the DPS class. d. Commando & Assault should both have non DPS roles. e. I don't know enough about Commandos or Assaults to comment on this.
Assaults are widely considered one of the weakest roles in the game, and sometimes even outclassed by other GÇ£SlayerGÇ¥ roles such as Logistics and Scouts. What sort of changes would you like to see to bring about balance? a. Weaken other role's ability to fill the 'Slayer' role so the Assault can be the strongest. b. Give the Assault DPS bonuses much like the Commando. c. Give the Assault more eHP to combat other roles. d. I don't know enough about Assaults to comment on this.
